Dana Lossing educates others about their own bodies through yoga. Her students can expect to be challenged both physically and mentally, cultivating self-love and an overall sense of wellbeing in every one of her classes. Dana received her 200 Hour RYT certification from Jenn Bobbitt at the Yoga Centre in SLO in March of 2015 and  graduated with her B.A. in Dance from UCSD in June of 2008. 

Dana has been teaching and choreographing dance for the past twelve years, and has been practicing yoga the last four. For Dana, yoga has become the perfect tool for perfecting ballet technique, and safely increasing flexibility. Dana has formed a sequence of moving asanas, used to aid her students apply alignment cues while moving in real-time.
